The Challenge:

    ✅ Week 4: Build Stronger Social Connections – Prioritize community ❤️

  • Each day, complete a small challenge (like “eat beans for protein,” “take a 30-minute nature walk,” or “call a friend instead of texting”).

  • Track your progress with a "Longevity Bracket" 🏀 to see which habits stick by the end of the month!
