You will be directed to a registration page to create an account on our patient portal called Husk Pro. Once an account is created you will also be directed to schedule an initial appointment. Initial appointments are 60-90 minutes in length. Most appointments are covered by all major insurance carriers.
You will be directed to a landing page on Calendly where you can schedule a follow up appointment. Please only use this link if you have had an initial appointment in 2023 or 2024. Follow-up appointments are 30-60 minutes in length. Most appointments are covered by all major insurance carriers.
